So you’ve chosen DATNAV, what can you expect?

Our implementation team provides you and your organisation with the tools, resources, and training to help you achieve your goals. Let us introduce you to the various stages that you can expect while entering our implementation journey.

PLAN

OBJECTIVES

We will have an internal de-brief of your organisation's pre-identified core objectives. Our team will organise a kick-off call to discuss the project in further detail.

TIMELINES

From gaining a greater understanding of your core objectives, all parties from DATNAV and your organisation will agree an achievable timeline to implement your Dynamics solution.

CONTACTS

We will work with your team to identify the most efficient system structure to match your organisational structure. This means all system users will have an allocated administrator to which they can escalate all activities.

TRAIN

DATA

We will be importing your historical data records as required and any existing open transactions. Once this process is completed your team is ready to trial your system.

TESTING

Your team will now be able to test your system in a safe environment to ensure that your information has been imported correctly and that system functionality matches your expectations. On completion of this stage you will be ready to identify a suitable date for on-site training.

TRAINING

We will meet you on-site to train your system administrators. Once your team is fully trained and you are happy to proceed you will then be in a position to launch the system company-wide.

ADOPT

HELP

The Dynamics help screens provides you with tips and we will also provide videos of your unique system as configured by us.

SUPPORT

 You will be able to raise tickets for any technical requests or questions you may have. There may also be changes required as you start using the system, things you may not have considered before go-live or functionality no longer required. 

TIPS

We keep working to identify helpful tips, host webinars and communicate system updates that will be sent to system administrators and key users to share within their teams.

CARE

FORUMS

We host online events that allow you and your team to discuss industry developments and requests with the DATNAV team and network with other users  to encourage sharing of information.

REVIEW

 In order to ensure that DATNAV is helping you achieve your goals and that your team is getting the most out of your system, we organise quarterly business reviews to ensure you’re on track. 

IMPROVE

Our technical team works closely with our functional consultants to discuss system requests from our customers in order to drive continuous improvements and provide the most efficient and powerful solution available.
